2. Platform role
FundBridz is a discovery and connection platform for startups, investors, business owners and mentors. We do not provide financial, legal, or investment advice, and we do not handle payments between users.
3. Account & content
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide. You retain ownership of your content and grant FundBridz a license to display it on the platform. Every startup, investor and business listing is subject to admin review before it becomes public.
4. Prohibited use
Do not post false, misleading, illegal, or infringing content. Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or to disrupt the platform.
5. No warranty
FundBridz is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any deal, investment or partnership will succeed. Perform your own due diligence before entering any transaction.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, FundBridz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
